REVEALED: Narok County Senator Ledama, Maria Sarungi Sponsors of Maasai Saga in Ngorongoro Crater

Today June 15th, 2022, the Maasai living in Kenya and those from Ngorongoro who recently crossed the border to Kenya,plan to gather in front of the Tanzania High Commission in Nairobi, Kenya to protest what they term as 'a brutal eviction of Maasai from the crater'.

The demonstration is sponsored and coordinated by the Narok County Senator Ledama Olekina and Maria SARUNGI whose herd of cattle in crater have been evicted too.

Senator Ledama and Maria are channelling funds for demonstrations through Narok Community (NC), a non governmental organisation in Kenya.

It is the same NGO that assisted the Maasai from Ngorongoro to cross the border to Kenya and provide shelter for them.

The NC that receives funds from OSIEA provides medications to Maasai 'injured' in Ngorongoro during the allegedly confrontation with security forces. It also train them to have a common understanding on how to fight for their ancestral land.

Stop this propaganda trying to divert the scandal through blame games!! Ledama Ole Kina commented only days after a handful of Maasai were shot in the first conformation with the Police.

Instead of reverting to diplomacy you're busy justifying violence. Jf should remove such fake news tarnishing our diplomacy with Kenya.
