i have a client who lost his case in the district court and appealed to the high court. The high court transferred the case to the resident magistrate with extended jurisdiction, who upon final determination of the appeal, it is clear that there are so many errors on the face of the record.

Now, my appeal to you is on the following:-

being dissatisfied with the rm-ext jurisd decision the client has approached my services to apply for review in order to rectify those errors. Now, where do i lodge my application? At the high court of tanzania or at the resident magistrate court (extended jurisdiction).

I know the procedure if i would prefer an appeal or revision
