1. jalalabad To Kabul (Afghanistan)
This 65km road stretches from Jalalabad to Kabul through Taliban territory.
The threat of insurgency is not what makes the highway dangerous ; but rather it's its combination of narrow, winding lanes that climbs up to 600 metres through The Kabul gorge.
2. Road of Death, Bolivia
Declared by the Inter-American Development Bank as the most dangerous in the world.
It's route from La Paz , Bolivia's Capital to Corioco drops steeply (sharply).
Cases of deaths as a result of Trucks & Buses falling off the route are quite high ,with the number estimated to be around 200 - 300 fatalities every year.
3. The Karokam, Pakistan
The Karokam highway links Pakistan and China at the Khunjerab pass, at an altitude of 4,693m.
This road in Pakistan asides being prone to Landslides and floods is also unpaved.
4. Guoliang tunnel, China
Located along the edge of the Tahang Mountains is a 1.2km tunnel 4 metres wide & 5 metres high.
It has some open edges over a steep cliff which has earned it the nickname "the road that does not tolerate mistakes"

Built for Ships to have easy passage underneath; Japan's Ohashi Bridge is the Largest rigid-frame bridge in the country and 3rd Largest worldwide.

It may not be the most dangerous road ,but can pass off as the most unexpectedly difficult road to navigate,if one is not a pro at driving.
Strange enough, Vehicles on this road need to share it with those transporting livestock.

A road so flat and Open, the Arica isn't visibly dangerous as one may think , in fact it's quite the opposite ....The journey on this road is so less engaging that drivers lose focus Often and get into accidents due to falling asleep or not paying attention.

Considered as being dangerous to drive on, this Greek road starts from Patiopoulo and ends in Perdikaki.
The road which is a Strap climb has huge pot holes and very little grip for vehicles that travel on it.
People die on the road every year due to accidents.
9. Stelvio pass road (Italy )
Considered as the highest paved pass in the Eastern Alps.
