He's worth $43 million dollars but Hugh Hefner is not putting a pre-nuptial agreement in place with new wife Crystal Harris.
The 84-year-old mogul is apparently unconcerned by any suggestion that Harris, 24 , may be interested in his personal fortune.
And according to sources in the U.S., the Playboy mogul insists that he hasn't brought up legal papers because he 'actually cares' about the blonde.

The pair will wed in just ten weeks.
It's third time lucky for Hefner, who proposed to Harris at Christmas.
At the time he tweeted about his rapture.
He wrote: 'When I gave Crystal the ring, she burst into tears, this is the happiest Christmas weekend in memory.'
But while the matter of the pre-nuptial is done and dusted, the couple's wedding list is causing some controversy.
Former Playmate Kendra Wilkinson told E! earlier this week: 'I haven't gotten my save the date yet, I'm not joking, I'm really pissed off about it.
But she had the good grace to wish Hefner well.
After all, he allowed her to use the mansion to marry NFL star Hank Baskett.
His former girlfriend, Holly Madison was more upset, and directed her wrath at Harris.
She moaned: 'She's a mysterious character, I've seen a lot of girls try to date Hef, and some have ulterior motives.'
'People congratulated him on Twitter but I wanted to be there,' she added.
