All Alumni, Staff, Students, Friends and Well Wishers of the University of Dar es Salaam are urged to participate in the 2013 Rotary Dar Marathon on Nyerere Day, Monday, 14 October. The events starts and ends at Police Officers Mess -- 21.1km marathon starts at 6am and 9km walk starts at 7am.
This years theme is Empowering future leaders through education. Proceeds will be used to support a Learning Resource Centre as part of UDSMs existing Library, which will include information skills training, disability access, provision for e-services and other upgrades to encourage collaborative learning.
