Sisi kama wanasiasa na viongozi wa Serikali watarajiwa naomba tujadili sababu za kiuchumi zilizo pelekea bei ya cement na sukari kupanda.

Na pia tujadili possible economic solution za hili tatizo.

Kama kuna sababu za kiuchumi unazijua tafadhari ziandike hapa ili Tusaidie taifa letu badala ya kutoa lawama.

Nitaanza kutoa sababu zinazoweza kupelekea bei kupanda na suluhisho la kumaliza tatizo hilo.

Ila mtaniwia radhi nitatumia lugha ya kiingereza nimeona inanipa urahisi wa kufikisha maana niliyo ikusudia

I have done my quick theoritical analysis for the causes of the rise of cement price in our country and but also I have tried to suggest some possible solutions.

The uncontrollable increase of cement price in our nation may be has caused by the following reasons;

1. Increase of cement demand which has caused the demand curve to shift to the right side.

And this increase of demand may be has caused by increase of construction projects like bridges, fly overs which use higher amount of cement and may be this has lead the demand to exceed supply. So for that reasons suppliers has used that opportunity to increase the price of their cement because it is in higher demand than before. Even though they would not like to increase production so as to cut the shortage while supplying with the lower price.

Possible solution here.
I think the government should tell the cement suppliers to increase production to meet the demand.

2. May be the suppliers operation and production cost are higher due to higher price of energy for machine operation plus higher Taxes plus higher price of raw materials . So because of that may be suppliers have decided to rise the price so as to compesate the production costs.

Possible solution here,
The government should reduce the taxes which takes from energy and raw materials but also should reduce the taxes which takes from cement product. May be this could reduce the operation and production cost of suppliers which could lead them to reduce the price.

3.May be the suppliers operation and production cost are higher due to higher price of energy for machine operation plus higher Taxes plus higher price of raw materials .So may be the some suppliers have decided to stop operation and production for a while. So stopping of production has caused the supply of cement to become very low and for that case it has shifted the supply curve to the left and cause the price to increase.

The government should reduce the taxes which takes from energy and raw materials but also should reduce the taxes which takes from cement product. May be this could reduce the operation and production cost of suppliers. So may be this could make suppliers to continue with production and bring back the supply curve to its original position.
 
Tunapokua na miradi mikubwa ya ujenzi ni wazi kwamba saruji inatumika zaidi. Uzalishaji wa saruji awali ulitosheleza soko na bei zilikua zinaeleweka huku upatikanaji ukiwa mzuri kila kona ya nchi.

Saruji imekua bidhaa adimu sana kwa sasa sababu ya kuongezeka kwa matumizi makubwa ikiwemo ujenzi wa miundombinu tofauti unaofanywa na serikali nchi nzima ilihali uzalishaji ukiwa wa kiwango kilekile.

Sijui kama hii miradi ilizingatia lakini muhimu sana kufanya tathmini ya mahitaji ya miradi kabla ya projects kuanza.
 
Kwani awamu iliyopita miradi haikuwepo?.Pili awamu iliyopita ndio watanzania walijenga Sana nchi nzima nyumba zilikuwa zikiota Kama uyoga mahitaji ya cement yalikuwa juu na bei ilikuwa chini.

Yote chanzo ni awamu hii ya kusomesha watu namba.

1. Waagizaji wanakodi malori ambayo yanalipiwa kwa siku, na wakifika DAR kiwandani lori linakaa wiki nzima kwakuwa serikali inachukua sementi yote kupeleka stigla na madaraja ya juu .

2. Cementi si kweli kwamba mfuko mmoja kutoka Dar mpaka kilimanjaro ni 1000 wakati kusafirisha barua tu kwa basi ni shilingi 5000, sasa wasafirishaji wamepandisha gharama kwakuwa kla wanapopita na kukutana na trafiki wanatoa 5000 ya ku-brashi viatu.

3. kodi nyingi zisizo na maana kila halmashauri inataka ipate fedha maana zote za makusanyi zimeelekezwa hazina, so utitiri wa ushuru na kodi ndiyo chanzo/.

4. Wenye mabohari, fremu na sehemu za kuhifadhia wamepandisha kodim na muuzaji anapandisha kodi
 
Ivi hizi habari tunazosikiaga kwamba kiwanda fulani kimeongeza uzalishaji kukidhi mahitaji na ziada au sasa ivi tunazalisha megawati za umeme mpaka na ziada ilihali matatizo yako palepale, sidhani kama tunakuwaga wakweli kwenye upande wa takwimu tunazotoa. na hili sio tatizo kwa serikali pekee bali hata kampuni binafsi ujanja ujanja mwingi kwenye masuala ya msingi.

Kwanini usiseme wale walionunua cement zaidi ya bei tajwa waje na risiti zao ili tuwakamatie hapo hapo kuliko kuanza kumtafuta nani mchawi wakati wachawi wanajulikana.
