The sales manager of the bakery（JOY BAKERY at Masaki）.
Main Duties include:
-achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
-designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
-handling general accounting and finance operations as required of everyday needs.
-supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
-liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
-implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
-assisting HR function by keeping personnel records up to date and set a interview
-company secretary
-assisting marketing
Mainly promoting our new product “Premium White bread”.
Currently we are preparing other products too.
