The launch date of 19th March in Tanzania marks the release of Samsung’s Next Generation Smartphones that redefines the ways we imagine our technology.
The anticipation and excitement to be the first to hold and own the new Samsung Galaxy S7 was evident with the large number of pre-order sales which took place over past 2 weeks. The devices were first handed over to those consumers who had pre-ordered. They also received free Samsung’s Wireless Bluetooth earphones better known as Samsung Level U.
“I have waited for quite some time to have purchased my next phone and when Samsung unveiled its Galaxy S7 few weeks ago, I knew this was it. I was one of the customers who registered to pre-order my new Samsung Galaxy S7. So when I got given the device on priority basis, I was thrilled. I experienced irrepressible excitement when I opened up the packaging of my brand new Samsung S7. In fact, the anticipation I felt during the unboxing moment is just as strong as the emotions felt when one is using a product for the first time.” commented excited Mohamed Musa who is now a proud owner of his new Samsung Galaxy S7 at Mlimani City Samsung shop.

Attention to detail was applied not just in crafting the smartphones – the packaging also got a full makeover” commented Rayton Kwembe Product Manager Samsung Electronics Tanzania, during the launch.

We don’t have the space to fully explain the complex processes needed to craft such a contour that unifies both glass and metal, nor do you need to understand such technicalities to fully experience the new Galaxy S7 Edge. Customers who pre-ordered flocked to the stores to collect their Galaxy S7 as they were given priority over collecting their devices before they were available in stores on 19th March. Sales in Tanzania are expected to sky rocket for the Galaxy S7. To add to it, Samsung has launched a special promotion offer for the Galaxy S7. “Customers who will be purchasing Samsung Galaxy S7 edge from this launch date onwards will be given Free Samsung Powerbanks and an opportunity to enter the draw for winning Samsung Gear VR. The new phone bundled with 10GB from Vodacom is retailing at Tzs 1.89million.” announced Mr. Ibrahim Kombo Retail Manager Samsung Electronics Tanzania.
Samsung Galaxy S7 will be available at all Samsung stores and Vodacom stores countrywide.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge will be available at all Samsung brandshops located at Mlimani City, JM Mall and City Mall. Mwanza residents can visit Samsung brandshops along Nyerere Road. In Arusha the devices will be available in Samsung brandshops along Themi Road, Sokoine Road and Agakhan Road. In Dodoma, the Samsung brandshop is located along Nyerere Road
Through Vodacom the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge will be available in the following Vodashops: Mlimani City, Vodashop NHC (Dsm), Vodashop Oysterbay (Dsm), Vodashop Quality Centre, Vodashop Arusha and Vodashop Mwanza.
