I think he is good but won't be saved by mangulas sword.membe will b President but I don't like him.I would have prefferd magufuli as President and Hussein mwinyi as vice and mchemba as pm
I wouldn't 100% say YES but if he manages to go through the sifting process then I would say he could definitely turn things around. As for the past, there is a ray of hope for him. He can definitely stand up to his decision if elected.
