Yes u can, but if u type bogus stats in there there are always people on the look out and will dispute any erroneous info. So it begs the question, what is WRONG with Tanzania? Why should it always feature at the bottom of pretty much every indice measuring the well being of countries? Mmerogwa nini?
Kenya too is growing......at pretty much the same rate as Tanzania. Do be reasonable, Tanzania is growing at a pace, only one point ahead of Kenya, if not less. Now would that one percent really make any difference in the next 5years to bridge the current gap of economic development betwn the two countries?
