A Secretary/Receptionist is urgently wanted:

Location: Arusha
Probable starting date: 27th June 2011
Procedure: Apply not later than 8th of June 2011

Minimum requirement

- Strong Secretarial Skills
- Excellent at Microsoft Office programs
- Over 3 years experience
- Efficient on time management
- Very good telephone manner and ability to interact well with visitors
- Deadline driven and works with a sense of urgency
- Team player
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to take directions from all levels of the team
- Fluent in Swahili and English
- Basic conversational French desirable
- Multitasking

Qualifications:

Secretarial Certificate or Diploma
