This is very much true..! We are using educational framework that was applicable during industrial revolution. The real question now is, "how can these degree holders unlearn most of bullshits they have been taught and start learning skills that actually matter as far as business ecosystem is concerned"..?

When it comes to real-life circumstances, graduates suffer greatly.
They are, however, not late and will never be. It's everything to do with their current state of mind. They must redirect their attention to real-world challenges rather than school homework and assignments.
It is not true that you should think just in terms of professionalism.
This is your life; don't just sit around waiting for opportunities to come your way when life doesn't.
Allow yourself time to discover what you are capable of doing rather than what the school has taught you.
Because the time for you to figure out what school taught you to do in real life is not close.
While you are waiting, time passes and others seize opportunities.
