LOS ANGELES (AP) - Shaquille O'Neal's wife is splitting from the Cleveland Cavaliers center.

Va'Shaundya O'Neal filed for legal separation with intent to divorce on Monday in Los Angeles. She cited irreconcilable differences.

She is seeking spousal and child support and full legal custody of the couple's four children. No monetary amounts were listed in the court filing.

The O'Neals were married for six years, 11 months.

Shaquille O'Neal is a 15-time All-Star center with four NBA titles with the Los Angeles Lakers and Miami Heat. He was traded from the Phoenix Suns to Cleveland in June.

Mh, hivi mbona wanaume wakifungua shauri la talaka hawadai "spousal" support?, why is it always female ndio wanadai hata kama wao ndio wana kipato zaidi? Nadhani huu ni wizi kama sio ufisadi, yawezekana hata huyu alishapanga mkakati baada ya miaka kadhaa natimka na kudai spousal support!

Shaq na mke wake walisha separate wakati fulani then waka concile thy r differences wakarudiana...na kisa kilikuwa Shaq alidai mke wake anamuibia pesa and i think alikuwa ana mcheat.....so sishangai kuona mke ana file for divorce now...Shaq hana dal tena kwenye NBA...huu msimu wake wa mwisho na Cleverland.....mke keshapiga mahesabu yake kanona mmh ngoja niwahi mapema...mke wa shaq anaonekana anapenda sana pesa....maana inasemekana alikuwa anamuibia mumewe pesa...what kind of a wife anamuibia mumewe jamani eeh...
