Kutokana na tamko la Rais kuwa matrafiki kuchukua elfu tano ni hela ndogo ya kubrush viatu, JE NIKICHUKUA RUSHWA HIYO nitatiwa hatiani nikitoa kielelezo cha clip ambayo raisi ameruhusu tuchuke elfu tano?

My point is, the President has given go ahead for traffic police to collect 5,000 Tsh as a police boot polish token, can the clip from the president be used as evidence and therefore a defense against conviction
