Dear Friends,
There is significant variations of wages for different category of workers.
Unskilled workers
Skilled workers
Semi Skilled workers.
Mt query is how these categories are defined ?
If Mr. X is a semi skilled worker in a factory what is the criteria for keeping him under semi skilled category ? How he will move in skilled category ?
Is experience a real issue in such categorization?
Does education matter in this grading system?
Is there any criteria of number of years of service or number of yrs performing the particular job ?
Is there any rules framed by the Govt to define these categories ?
I need clarification on this.
