Soldier takes wife to Police

A UPDF officer in Bushenyi District, Uganda stunned residents when he handed over his wife to the Police after discovering that she had reportedly given money he has sent to her to another man.

Leornad Owoyesiga of Nyakizinga, Rwamabondo in Ruhinda Sub- county, accuses his wife, Ms Olivia Rukundo of misusing his hard earned salary as he was away on a peace keeping mission in Somalia.
Police identified the man with whom Ms Rukundo was eloping only as Twinamatsiko of Omukatagu in Bumbeire Sub-county.
