Trust me East African cities are better than Nigerian cities on street level - Morocco has just a fifth of that GDP but have you seen Moroccan infrastructure? I don't trust Nigeria's GDP figures at all and if they're true then Nigeria must be one fucked up corrupt country. Anyway I'm shocked you had no idea of what Nigeria's GDP is (at least was in 2015 - currently it's just a half of that). No wonder you always sound so clueless on obvious stuff.
