You have to fix problems in your country before you can think of exporting your problems to your neighbours, it is well known that Kenyan economy is gasping because of poor management of resources due to corruption, Tanzania can't allow to be infected.

One of the reasons why Kenyan economy is struggling is poor ability for most of Kenyans to analyse things. Private sector plays big role on the economy of any country.
