SANCTUARY SPA THERAPIST


Candidates applying for the position of Kusini Massage Therapist should possess the following qualities:


- Qualification in massage therapy beneficial but not essential

- Practical experience as a massage therapist would be advantageous

- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology would be useful

- Fluent in spoken and written English

- Always conducts oneself in a professional manner

- Eager to further skill level and undergo additional training

- Confident in dealing with high end clientele

- Self motivated to get on with the task at hand

- Pleasant demeanor and always wears a smile 🙂

- Gets along with other staff members

- Able to assist with other tasks around the lodge

- Prepared to work in a remote location

- Hard working and capable of handling long hours, seven days a week

Remuneration package includes:

- Basic salary

- Commission on treatments performed

- Incentive scheme with attractive bonus on achieving targets

- On site accommodation

- Meals provided while on duty

- Transportation to/from Arusha and the camp
