MOSCOW, November 15. /TASS/. Ukrainian forces lost more than 100 servicemen in the Kursk area over the past day, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

The enemy's losses during the hostilities totaled more than 32,680 troops, according to the ministry.

The Main Military Investigation Department of the Russian Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against Ukrainian soldiers suspected of shelling the Dmitrievskaya church in the Sudzha district.

Since the beginning of hostilities in the Kursk Region, the enemy has lost more than 32,680 troops, 213 tanks, 136 infantry fighting vehicles, 112 armored personnel carriers, 1,166 armored fighting vehicles, 944 motor vehicles, 283 artillery units, 40 multiple launch rocket systems, including 11 HIMARS and six US-made MLRS, 12 anti-aircraft missile launchers, seven reloading vehicles, 64 electronic warfare stations, 13 counter-battery radars, four air defense radars, 27 units of engineering and other equipment, including 13 obstacle-clearing vehicles, one UR-77 mine-clearing vehicle, six armored repair and recovery vehicles and a command and staff vehicle.

Chechen leader reports eliminating Ukrainian troops in Sumy Region

GROZNY, November 15. /TASS/. Chechen head Ramzan Kadyrov has reported the elimination of enemy personnel and hardware in the village of Chernatskoye in Ukraine’s Sumy Region.

"In the vicinity of the village of Chernatskoye in the Sumy Region, during reconnaissance, Ukrainian strongholds and personnel were discovered. Their coordinates were immediately reported to our artillery men who delivered precision mortar strikes on the targets," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to him, fighters from the 34th Akhmat-Russia motorized rifle regiment conducted reconnaissance using unmanned aerial vehicles. "The regiment’s FPV drones were also used in eliminating the enemy," the Chechen leader added.

MOSCOW, November 15. /TASS/. Russian troops liberated five communities in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) and the Kharkov Region in the week of November 9-15 in the special military operation in Ukraine, Russia’s Defense Ministry reported on Friday.

"Battlegroup West units liberated the settlement of Kolesnikovka in the Kharkov Region in well-coordinated operations… Battlegroup Center units continued advancing deep into the enemy’s defenses and liberated the settlements of Voznesenka, Volchenka and Stepanovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic… Battlegroup East units liberated the settlement of Rovnopol in the Donetsk People’s Republic as a result of decisive operations," the ministry said in a statement.

Russian troops strike Ukraine’s Sapsan missile components workshop over week

Russian forces delivered 42 strikes by precision weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles at Ukrainian military sites, hitting a Sapsan missile components workshop over the past week, the ministry reported.

"On November 9-15, the Russian Armed Forces delivered 42 combined strikes by precision weapons and attack unmanned aerial vehicles, hitting energy facilities providing for the operation of Ukraine’s military-industrial sector, infrastructure of military airfields, a workshop producing components for Sapsan operational/tactical missiles, assembly and storage sites of attack unmanned aerial vehicles and their parts, and also arsenals, ammunition, explosives and fuel depots," the ministry said.

The strikes also targeted training camps of troop replenishment and a logistics center of the Ukrainian army and temporary deployment sites of Ukrainian army units, nationalist formations and foreign mercenaries, it said.

The Ukrainian army lost more than 15,500 troops in battles with Russian forces in all the frontline areas over the past week, according to the latest data on the special military operation in Ukraine released by Russia’s Defense Ministry.

The latest report indicates that the Ukrainian army suffered roughly 2,760 casualties from Russia’s Battlegroup North, more than 3,435 casualties from the Battlegroup West, over 4,715 casualties from the Battlegroup South, more than 3,235 casualties from the Battlegroup Center, 960 casualties from the Battlegroup East and 465 casualties from the Battlegroup Dnepr, with total weekly losses amounting to 15,570 personnel.

Ukrainian troops surrender as Russian forces advance — captive

KURSK, November 15. /TASS/. A group of Ukrainian servicemen in Russia’s Kursk Region chose to surrender after learning that the Russian Armed Forces had captured five of their positions simultaneously, with little to no casualties, Alexander Rapolyuk, a Ukrainian captive, said.

"We surrendered without a fight and waited until the following morning. We heard that your forces had taken five of our positions, with almost no casualties. Only one was lightly wounded. That was it. Our entire platoon was virtually wiped out," the prisoner of war said in a video accessed by TASS.

He added that they had originally been sent to the Kursk Region under the pretext of replacing their comrades, but upon arrival, they found that the servicemen they were meant to replace had already been killed.
