According to sources, the plan envisages:

🔹The deployment of at least 30,000 European-led troops in Ukrainian cities, ports and other critical infrastructure, away from the current front line. Poltava, Dnipro and Kryvyi Rih could be used as bases.

🔹American fighter jets and missiles would be deployed in Eastern Europe, ready to respond to any future Russian aggression.
