General Position Description Fintrac is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to be part of one or more upcoming bids expected from USAID in Uganda. The projects will focus on improved agricultural productivity , livelihood development, local capacity-building, community-level organizations, and gender equality in agriculture. Among the positions will be

• Agricultural Production Specialist
  
• Post-Harvest Production Value Chain Specialist
  
• Agribusiness and Marketing Specialist
• Grants and Finance Manager
• Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist
  
• Gender Specialist
  

Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience (master's plus 10 preferred) in implementing and managing agricultural development projects working at the community or even farmer level. Experience must include some work with international donor agencies, preferably USAID.
