Connecting our bare skin to the ground is said to be essential for good health.

We get a free supply of ELECTRONS from the earth and 'release' a build up inside of us from the negative electric pollution that DAMAGES our system.

Removing the 'disconnect' (our shoes) is called GROUNDING or EARTHING.

Earthing, also called grounding, steams from idea that in modern city life we no longer have direct physical contact with the Earth, and therefore are loosing out on health benefits of exchanging electrons with the surface of our planet.

Also the sun is electro and earth magnetic…. Walk barefoot in the earth in front of the sun and you will experience energy flowing through your body.

Get out into nature, the hills or the woods, near streams, rivers and the ocean. Get in touch with nature, stay positive.
