Starting a sole trader in Tanzania

Can someone give me instructions on how to start a SOLE TRADER business in Tanzania. All the websites I've looked at are based on starting a company so don't bring none of that memorandum of etc... stuff.

I have a few general questions as well:

1. Do you need an office to start a business? I'm a secondary student and live at home with my parents with $0 to my name but my business doesn't require starting capital that I don't already have.

2. What do I need when I apply for a business name at BRELA?

3. What are the requirements to get my business legally running? After I have got the business name cleared what do I do next and the steps involved until my SOLE TRADER business is up and running.

Thanks in advance and remember that I'm asking for SOLE TRADER businesses. NOT partnerships, NOT companies.

Thank you. Kwani do I need leseni kama my business is online? My business will deal with selling software online. Software created by me. Do I need a permanent residence if I want to start a business as well?
 
Sasa utapataje kazi kwa kampuni utakazozifayia kama huna lesseni na tin etc?
