Fellas just finished a self help book and as I was reading this book I stumbled to a new concept to me “stoicism” as I google searched I found it interesting and would wish to be knowledgeable about this philosophy and hence apply it in life. That being said if you know a thing or two please be free to share and if you know a book or journal about the stoicism philosophy please recommend.
