Super Bowl 50

Fam, let's just go one game at a time!. And the game... Is won on the turf, for now, forget the streak and the wildcard! Let them not put those hypothetical 95+% win in your mind!

That's what I always tell folks that the game is played and won inside the lines. Not on paper or online blogs.

Unamanufaa gani kwetu sisi wabongo" je africa kuna nchi inacheza mchezo huu? Pia kuna mashindano yakidunia labda?

Uko sahihi Bossman.

A year after deflate-gate ballooned, science shows shame of it all

One year ago this week, an Indianapolis Colt named D'Qwell Jackson intercepted a Tom Brady pass in the AFC championship game.

The ball soon found its way into the hands of Brian Seabrooks, the Colts' assistant equipment manager, who was suspicious of its inflation level. He quickly had an intern measure it from the sideline (and in the approximately 48-degree temperature of Foxborough, Mass.). When it came in under the NFL minimum 12.5 pounds per square inch, everyone from Colts executives to officials and even an NFL vice president believed it was proof of blatant cheating.

The entire case worked backward from there, even if science says the psi level was probably exactly where it should naturally be and thus nothing unnatural, let alone nefarious, was occurring.

Science, of course, meant nothing in this case. At least not at the time.

What mattered was either the willful rejection or complete ignorance of it. No one in power that night in New England apparently knew what Ideal Gas Law was, let alone how it worked.

So deflate-gate was born.

One year later, Brady and the Patriots return to the AFC championship game on Sunday in Denver. Since that fateful moment an intern tested the football, Brady has gone 15-4 on the field and 1-0 in federal court. He has captured a Super Bowl and thrown 44 touchdowns against nine interceptions (with the NFL watching the footballs).

Broncos call out Tom Brady for being a 'whiner'

The AFC Championship trash talk is starting up early with Broncos defenders taking verbal shots at Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski.

The Denver Broncos are already taking verbal shots at the New England Patriots and these teams won't even face off in the AFC Championship until Sunday afternoon.

The Broncos aren't impressed by what they perceive as Tom Brady's tendency to complain to the refs each time he takes a hit. Defensive end Antonio Smith said he's never seen a quarterback demand flags after hits more than Brady.

"Every time he gets sacked he looks at the ref like, 'You see him sack me? Was that supposed to happen? He did it a little hard. Please throw a 15-yard penalty on him. Get him fined,'" Smith said via Paul Klee of the Colorado Springs Gazette.

Smith isn't alone in his assessment of Brady. Broncos defensive end Malik Jackson had some choice words about Brady as a guest on Pro Football Talk's PFT Live on Tuesday.

Even if they think he's a crybaby, the Denver defense also respects Brady's ability to make plays under pressure.

"He's going to cry about getting hit, but he's going to take the hit and keep going," Smith said.

Not all of the Broncos' shots this week have been directed at Brady, either. Linebacker Brandon Marshall said tight end Rob Gronkowski's tendency to push off has contributed to his success as a receiver.

There you go again!

Misusing words words as usual.

It's been quiet for the last couple days and you didn't say a peep.

Tonight you come out of the woodwork and decide to run your mouth when you said you weren't gonna come back.

Hahahaaa....talk about talking out of both sides of your mouth!!!

Do you even understand the game?

Hahahahaaa....I could say more but I chose not to.
I had to step in as it was starting to look like a haunted house...this one!
You know what? Just to use your own words...feeling queasy? Relax
Though I ain't no football geek, I can smell and what am smelling ain't healthy for you know who!
