Support for ICC Drops to 39 Percent in Kenya

Kenya has a massive rural population that I seriously doubt got significantly tapped in the poll. Uhuru & Ruto rode the wave of foreign interference to rally the masses to the polls. The ICC compromised itself by letting outside players use it as a strong arm tool to effect foreign policy. Kenyans don't respond well to threats as a nation or as individuals. The chickens came home to roost.
