There is no doubt, we all love good buildings, which is why we sometimes can't help but take a look and even take snap shots whenever we are around a nice building design.
As we know, technology and architecture is advancing as the day goes by. Fanciful building designs of the last decade are fast giving way to designs of today.
With the rapid advancements in the field of architecture, ever wondered what buildings may look like in a few decades to come?
Let's take a look at how buildings my look like in about three decades.
1. The cocoon house
The cocoon house is a 3 story building made of wood and glass.
A first sight of this building might get you confused, but a second and third look and even a closer look would convince you that this is actually a magnificent edifice.
2. Flights of birds
Well, as the name of this building implies, it is designed like the wings of bird and each part of this building has a specific function. I'm pretty sure this is really going to be a dream house to many.
3. Dupli casa
The dupli casa is a futuristic home that will amaze you.
It is actually a concept from Germany. Can you see the amazing design? Do you know how many storey this house is? To me, this design is weird.
4. The Komb house
This house looks interesting due to its unique design.
It uses materials and technology that have minimal impact to the environment. It has an inbuilt solar panel heated water, energy efficient appliances, low energy light emitting diodes lighting amongst others. This is just incredible!
5. The capital hill
The capital hill is a Russian concept.
Looking at this building, you might think it's a private jet or something... But it's actually a building with a weird design.
It is made from steel, concrete and glass. This house is spacious and you can get anything you want for a home, think of Suanas gym etc.
I say kudos to all the architects and engineers out there with these fantastic concepts, which I'm pretty sure will come to actuality soon.
