Haya jamani thats what Mo Ibrahim would like us to belive! Kungekuwepo na Index ya Usanii in Governance, then Tanzania ingekuwa nambari wani. But not one!!! jisomeeni wenyewe!

A problem of low expectantions on Africans. The burden is on us to put our Houses in order and not just paint the exterior walls for others to comment.
