Tanzania needs to introduce and implement

‘A Clean Atmosphere Act’ as an Anti-Geoengineering Bill.Such a legislation will enable the country to protect the health of its population, trees, plants, and animals.​

Through this post I request Lawmakers to introduce the "Clean Atmosphere Act," which can be referred to as the Environment and Natural Resources Act. The aim of the proposed legislation is to establish regulations to reduce hazardous emissions by prohibiting harmful manipulation of the environment. This will be achieved by regulating weather modification and other large-scale atmospheric activities,which are going on on a grand scale. Application and violation fees would be deposited into a State Trust Fund for projects which promote the safety of life and property. The legislation should be extensive and should include regulations and prohibitions on activities that span from aerosol injection, solar blocking and weather manipulation to carbon sequestration and ocean fertilization, to eliminating unnecessary radio-frequency and microwave radiation. The bill should propose that all atmospheric activities require state licensing.​

Labda kama una taarifa kamili ya hiyo legislation uniambie,does it cover geo-engineering and EMF aspects?Because if it does not cover those aspects it does not go far enough.Kwanza hata sasa NEMC ni kichekesho,kwa kuwa zipo aspects nyingi mno ambazo hata haishughulikii.Nadhani wanafumbia macho kwa ajili ya kulinda wakubwa.

Mkuu hivi unajua plastics zilizozagaa kila mahali,na hata nguo uliyovaa ni plastic, na plastic zote ni sumu kwako,tena mbaya.Hivi unajua plastics zote zinapo tumiwa and as they age zinatoa microplastics ambazo zinakuwa released into the enviroment na zinakuwa either inhaled or taken up by plants na ni sumu mbaya na Ni cancerous?Hivi unajua kwamba car exhaust emissions ni sumu mbaya?Na jee,hivi unajua kwamba car tiyers as they wear zinatoa microplastics ambazo ni sumu mbaya?Hivi unajua lami nayo ikipigwa na jua and as it ages inatoa toxic fumes?Not to mention pesticides, paints of all kinds,fertilizers,Microwaves etc.atmbazo hazina legislation kabisa,watu wanatumia tu maskini, wala hawajui madhara yake,wakati ni hatari sana kiafya.

Mkuu frankly sioni kazi ya NEMC wanayofanya,something serious and drastic needs to be done in terms of legislation to protect the population.Wanachofanya NEMC ni too flimsy kwa Sasa I am sorry to say.
