We are spending more than our neighbours kwenye education and health ... Plus other sectors

I mean a commitment is just that commitment......is there anything feasible on the ground?

% of total spending does not mean you are spending more ........ we are all coming from different bases 100% of 50 is not more than 10% of 5000.
Hahahaha, what about South Afrika with 7 times GDP than Kenya, still spending big percentage to health and Education. Even in actual number, Tanzanian budget to Health and Education is bigger than Kenyan.
