Tanzanian politics in relation to the concepts of rule of law and separation of power

What if people stand on their positions as stipulated in the 1977's constitution in Article 4? what if political parties stop interfering the functions of executive and judiciary? it is my concept that Law is But to bring and dispense justice. Is it that the court decided on CHADEMA's favour in Igunga and Ilemela's cases among others is different from the court which carries investigation on Mwangosi's death? Let us stand on what deserves us and stop interfere in others!

Yes, RAMA Thats what lawyers and other proffessinals should stiky to, its true that our nation is strongly blown by a wind so called politics that some times make people fell to know their legal duty to their state organs and their society at large. It is evident these days political parties and politicians do not care about their duty to sovergnity of the citizen of this nation but only their political desires. For example when you see Kafulila, Hamad rashid, Rostam and the madiwani of chadema in arusha you will see that even through our constitution gives power and mandate to the people and that people are sovereign contrary political parties has put foward their desires and wheelim out the needs of the people. it is true that every body must observe his/her obligation before demanding his right. we should let judiciary do its work.
