Tanzania's debt stock reached TZS 17.2 Trillion as at 31st Oct......

Tanzania's debt stock reached TZS 17.2 Trillion as at 31st Oct, 2012 from 7 trillion as at 31st Dec, 2005 when JK's team took charge... What are your opinions?? Are not overburdening our children, grandchildren, grandgrandchildren .....?????? Are we not spending future resources today??? Are we spending wisely with 8.6 trillion planned for ''kula kulala na kwenda msalani'' and only 4 trillion for development expenditure?????
