Technical explanation on Concentrate Ban from ACACIA Chief Operating Officer

You're just trolling on JF! What are the causes-and-effects of those amendments?

What are the major means of protection stated in MINING ACT?
I may seem to be crook (troll) from your views but honestly, from the conceptual eye of the thread, you seem to be beating about the bush. It is, unless you assure me and the rest interested JF members that, the technicalities know how have been abused by tactical obsessions / diversities by the government, that I will concur with your argument over the shortfalls or discrepancies of the amendments thereby set to protect our national resources! Otherwise, let it go that, the debate be put on hold until when the results of what is happening, will come out!

Tanzania is surrounded by many countries which are rich in gold bearings. So, it is not strange to have manufacturing industries in our country (if you think we don't have adequate raw materials) and that makes me expect much positive results (and not gambling as you think, my dear engineer).
By the way, do you want me to believe that the Presidential Copper Concentrate Committee investigations' outcome was faked (null and void)?

Mr. Engineer, mark you, we are not talking about formulas or engineering processes, but rather, policies and laws that will govern those formulas and engineering processes in rendering or yielding prosperity to our nation from natural resources (minerals for that matter).
All in all, why do you prefer smelting copper concentrates abroad to home? How do we recover minerals' royalties that have been skipped from the list of minerals in those concentrates and after?

It is not that I was relieved off your silence nor should this thread be shared (dominated by) between us only. And this is why sometimes I question myself of the whereabouts of people like Zitto Junior, Fastum, Mahweso, Xaracter, Msuvendi, Cicero, Rutashubanyuma, Red Scorpion, Bongaizaji, just to mention few.
Coming back to the issue on the table, I stand to say that, the general knowledge that I have is enough to make be believe that we need the smelting process to be enhanced here in Tanzania and that the investment environment in our country is unquestionably convincing and conducive!
Take it or leave it!

Thanks for the entertaining gesture to those personalities.
Gambling itself is an art and art is science i.e.thinking of producing a number of gold ounces at a certain point and time but all of a sudden you get a break down. Isn't that gambling?
Tanzania might be considered to be least attractive in investing to selfish investors (those who need super profit) but for the win win runners, it is one among the best potential areas / countries to invest in the world.

Tuition isn't important. Go and tell your boss that he's destroying our beautiful country by his own hands, so he has to step down immediately!.
I have no "engineering know-how'' to prove to him that he is wrong. That being the case, you are the right person who can show him the shortfalls which need rehabilitation (not the stepping down).

Bwahahahaha, look at all this rhetoric. I remember you calling me a Pseudo Intellectual, when i criticized Baba Magufuli for his policies. But now that you have realized, our country is doomed i think more will follow (Very Good, Very Good)......Waswahili husema "Dawa inaingia taratibu"

Rafiki, I think you are wrong thinking that our country is doomed. By the way, from which angle is it doomed?

Doomed at every potential periphery:
1.Public and Private Sectors doomed.
2. Agriculture and food security doomed. (due to failed production and rapid increase in food prices)
3.Education and the future of information economy doomed. (Quality of education is abysmally low)
4.Energy and Environmental Sector doomed. (Our people still rely on charcoal as a source of energy at home)
5.International Relations and Diplomacy doomed. (Magufuli is not a Pan-Africanist, he does not have a clue)
6. International Trade and Finance doomed. (We import too much, worse enough investors are fleeing TZ)

NB: Need i say more ????

Finally I realized he's not fit for that position. All of his ideas should be erased from the history book of Tanzania.
The only way Tanzanians can learn is through the hard way.
Economic Shock Therapy and then you all wake up from sleep.
I wish for Magufuli to stay more in power so that Tanzanians get a sense of practical understanding.
