The Boy Who Sees Without Eyes

An amazing insight into the life of a blind man who 'clicks his tongue, listening for the patterns of reflections,' and in doing that can somehow construct 3D pictures in his mind.

It's basically him using echolocation to navigate his way through life, something which us humans probably did a lot more before the days of artificial lighting.

A blind teenager from Northern California who used echolocation to get around died Monday morning. 19th Jan 2009
