If all the original supporting documents were 'lost' then no brave laywer, no matter how brave can take the case.... documents like the original statements of the victimes when they reported the matter to authorities, the clothes they wete wearing, if they were examined by a doctor what was their conclusion where is the form the doctor signed......
if you dont have those kinds of documents then you cant win that case...... even if you present the kids born out of it, the brits. ould simply argue it was consensual sex and not rape, that the women simply made up the story once they realised the were pregnant or once someone else knew about it, so they plyed victim....
.

If it was in the US, this case could still be viable, since they depend of a jury to give a verdic, a jury doesnt necesarily have to go beyond reasonable dought, they could probably award the victimd millions of dollars..........

The only thing to be done for the women is to get this story to the right media houses or publicity places esp in the UK so that this story can be told over and over by a very distinguished investigative jounerlist so that we can shame the UK govt, and have there own citizens pressure the govt into paying up...........

Also I dint check when this video was made, but since the kenyan govt made it possible for any brit soldier training in kenya be liable to be subjected to kenyan laws, that organisation representing the women doesnt have to sue in UK courts, they can sue them right here in kenya

Its incumbent upon the government to take matters such as these seriously. The britts need to train in Kenya and that should give the GoK some leverage. Obtaining a conviction on rape charges that occurred in the 80s is hard, but the British government should pay these women some money to educate the kids. If you watched the entire video, all of the women have been ostracized from society-a case of emotional stress, pain and suffering has no statue of limitation and hence the Britt government should pay
