Law makers, Tucta, ATE, and the government need to revisit this law it is one of the act with a lot of contradictory and unimplementale act I have come accros! The act has been created if not copied with a sole purpose of infringing local workers their rights. The act need to have enforcement! Compared to the current situation the act is more of a political document than an act!

This is an unsupported claim. No one can supply a satisfactory response. Clarify plz....

This Act has been put in place after a long consultation among several stakeholders including representatives of Tanzania Workers and it was revised in 2004.
It might be true that you have strong point to your claim but it could have been better if you cited provisions which are contradictory according to you so that we can contribute effectively in this discussion
