On Friday, March 4, 2017. The Grammy-winning singer Adele almost fell off stage during her first performance in Brisbane, Australia. When she was performing "Hello" while trying to run up a set of stairs in her floor-length gown featuring a massive train. She almost took a tumble that causing her to hit a "dodgy note."

Adele spoke to the crowd on stage saying "I don't know if you saw it, but after i did sing 'Hello', I nearly tripped up those stairs did you see me, she also said "I've never worn a dress like this, I'm basically celebrating 'Beauty and the Beast’... but I forgot to lift it up and tried to run up and nearly fell over."
