A bridge goes over water while a viaduct goes over land be a valley or a plateau! Here I talk of a real bridge i.e. one over a waterbody!
A viaduct is a fancy name for a bridge, dimwit .
 
And ofcourse a loan from Japanese! I hear the feasibility study is still going on 3 years down the line! 🀣
