The Obamas depart the White House on Wednesday night en route to Oslo. The first lady wore a cropped jacket by Azzedine Alaia, pants, and black flats​
 


The Obamas arrive in Oslo on Thursday. The first lady wore a coat by Narciso Rodriguez. Mrs. O reports that the outfit is the same FLOTUS wore for a ceremony at Arlington Cemetery during the inauguration.
