The Obituary, In Memorium...

In throngs they cheered him, showering and bestowed him praises. And he puffed his chest victoriously as they knighted him The Doc.." But..

But in reality he was s fool they trusted not to fail them, a clown and buffoon who indulged in Glory

As his death became nearer, they showed him more love and affection, each one wanting the final blessings

He spoke of vague victory, toning the redundant triumphs thumping his chest clad like a gladiator as he bid them adieu

Alas! They bowed in ovation, filling his empty brain with hypocrisy of high honor while they hissing disgust

Useful he was, to their pockets and bellies, as they savored riches mercilessly with no remorse to millions who placed faith in him

"Brave!" They shouted, "intelligent they chanted, drunk in wine as he showered them tokens to approve his last "urgent" quest

Scarves and corsets tossed to his face, sense of admiration to his smile and a striking beauty he claimed to have

Sadly and sickly he is naked, the emperor with no clothes and they jeer him as he hears cheers

Yes, his time has come to an end, as the pay him last respect, eulogizing "many" wonderful things he vowed to do

Tributes to his minuscule accomplishments and feats , parading missions unaccomplished as success

In disarray he leaves his keen, shambled are the masses who believed in him

Adieu the jester, so long commander,

Rest in Peace the silly one!

..nice piece.

..I wish Pundit was still JF member, cause this is the kind of stuff that really engages him.

..Let me try Nyani Ngabu, EMT, and Kiranga.

..If these three can not chime in, then I don't know.

..English is not my forte, I am more into numbers. Every time I read this thread I come out with a different idea. I dont come to that "YES" or "I GOT IT" moment that number guys always like.
