People runs away from rural areas most of which have been marginalised in terms of development , these people chases opportunities in to those mega slums ( Dar & Nairobi ) hoping to ease their poverty miseries , consequently ending up adding the number of slum dwellers in a massive scale , so I think the situation is a vicious circle of unending deterioration in those cities .........................
