I do believe we have it in our power to pass on to our children a brighter inheritance than that bequeathed to any previous generation.
And we can forge a set of updated clauses in our new Constitution to help us achieve these noble goals. In this new Constitution, the work of the selected Constitutional Parliament must move our country closer to the day when all people have the freedom to choose the kind of lives they would like to live, the access to the resources that would make those choices meaningful and the security to ensure that they can be enjoyed in peace. If these whom we have given such honour to represent us in doing such a noble act don't seem to value the task given to them and can just easily walk off while the entire country looks at them; then they are no worthy then traitors and should seize to represent us no more. (My view)

It is sot harassing to think that some one can think and analyse matters onbehalf of yourself. The problem is those people in Special Constitutional Parliament were not elected by the majority but appointed by the President. Being the case they are doing as they want so long they side one the interests of the Presind. My opinion is let Tanzanians closely follow up the BMK and make their stand to stand up on during referentum.
