You will improve much of your infrastructures but if you do not improve war against corruption, its nothing!

Corruption happens in many ways...But in-terms of ranking, Corruption is all about perception..... Thats why its called Corruption Perception Index. The more you expose the rot the more people realize their society is corrupt and as a result you continue to be ranked corrupt because no one gets jailed for it. But in reality,it doesn't mean you are more corrupt than some other country where not many people get jailed but not many corruption scandals are exposed..

Kenya ranks higher than Tz in corruption, But Tanzania ranks lower than Kenya in something called 'Government effectiveness'. That means despite the "high corruption' and all the shortcummings in Kenya, GoK can get the job done better than GoT.

I mean you can even relook at your own comment as food for thought... How do you figure Kenya was/is able to improve her infrastructure in the first place. If we were corrupt as you like to think, don't you think the logical process would be that we wouldnt have built the said infrastructure in the first place??? ... Hio pesa yote tungekua tulikula na hatungejenga chochote .

Kitu kama Lamu Port ambayo inajengwa na pesa za Serekali ingekua pesa zilishaliwa na majengo yangekua bado ni michoro tu

So whatever corruption we have that is holding us back, we are still able to function better than you.... Kwahivyo jiangalieni huko kwenu mwanzo kabla muanze kutukosoa kwa corruption yetu
