The state of The Kenyan Judiciary.....

There is nothing here to say but just as the executive and legislative Assembly are accused of greed and corruption the judiciary is not any different it is full of greedy and corrupt individuals and JSC is a confirmation of the above
There is no instituton that should continue with impunity in the name of separation of powers. who accounts the judiciary? is it the auditor general is it the EACC it is quite unclear though you want to maintain that it is sabotaged by other institution s.

How sad? We thought the Judiciary was finally a reformed independent institution which could discharge services to the satisfaction of all. We have all watched with horror as the gains already made are being reversed with an alarming frequency.
