The Story of an EAGLE

More about leadership lessons from eagle. 1. Eagles fly in high altitude, they fly only with eagles. 2. Eagles remain focused, have strong vision, which focuses up to 5 km in the air and narrows down his focus on the prey until it gets out.3. Eagles do not eat dead things. It feeds on fresh prey. As a leader you need to steer clear out outdated and old information. Do your research well always. 4. Eagles loves the storm. As leaders we can use the storms of our lives (obstacles, troubles) to rise to greater heights. Achievers relish challenges and use them profitably.5. Eagles prepare themselves is for the next generation and train them for the future. In modern times leadership is not in born is learnt in all walks of life 6. Eagles discard what is worthless and renew themselves.

Nice thread.Thankyou brother. Now I see why the Eagle is used in many logos and emblems, including the American Government's Department of Defence, the German Coat of Arms etc. It's even no wonder that Satanic Institutions also use the Eagle in their logos and emblems.Google "Eagle emblems and logos," to have a look.

Very philosophical and any decision or choice must be focused and well thought of. Asante sana.

Human kind is driven by selfishness while the eagle is driven by instinct. Human kind acts repeatedly on bad or good things which ultimately change into behaviour which consequently become his life style. That is why it becomes a bit complex to bring him back to the right course of uniformity because, unfortunately, there is no way one can live in isolation.
Remember also that, an eagle is a patient bird (it comes in when it is safe - no rash to a prey while the lion is still on the meal)!
