This article directly focuses on a "silver bullet" and failed to analyse a complex issues involving an educated person such as; who is an educated person? How an educated person is required to be? What defines an educated person? The study's evidences are too frail to stand up alone to support its findings.
The questions are not easy to answer however some scholar tried to find answers and if you try to look on their answers are too far beyond what this article based on.
