The wonders of Police in Tanzania

My Son drink water said:
Things which are currently taking place in Tanzania are exposing our country internationally as the Republic of illiteracy .

There are so many,but I should just list a few of them particularly on Police dept.

1. When the beautiful young woman Acquilina was gunned down during the CHADEMA's peaceful demonstrations ,Police claimed that her death occurred by being injured by a sharp metal object which was hurled to her by one of the demonstrators.

2. When a self styled prophet known as Nabii Tito was arrested in Dodoma for allegedly blaspheming christian,the Dodoma Region Police commissioner convened a press conference and he compelled the prophet to plead guilty in front of the media coverage,that was not his role,such a role falls upon the court.

3. A few days ago,the editor of the guardian News paper went missing,the next day he was recovered being unconscious,his wife says,he left home for leisure in the weekend by his car,but he was found without it,and was rushed to hospital for further medical attention.

The police report claims that,the victim was deeply intoxicated in such a way that,he became too tight to control himself and at last he fell into unconsciousness,not only that,he had also drunk more than six beers,and he also had to move to different pubs whereof he paid a visit to his concubines,he later on picked one of his concubine and off he went to sleep with her before he became unconscious.

My questions are as follow.
1.How did Police know the number of beers he drank?

2.Who in the pub,was monitoring his movements in such a way that he or she knew that the victim was having two concubines in different pubs?
It's clear that,the victim is married,so he shouldn't have allowed anybody to know what he does (going out with other women).

3.Why has he been judged at that extent while he is/was still unconscious ?

4.Why are Police so haste about a case whose accused is still unfit?

This thing requires reshuffle

I wish you would have looked with some concentration on your writing before posting, you would have realized that you are also a drain of Tanzania.

Police job is to investigate issues, so all what they have said could have been discovered through interrogation and investigation, starting with the reporter himself, his wife and the places he visited.

During public holidays we do see so many people who due to over excessive alcohol pass out in public and do all sorts of ugly things, so what can be difference with this particular person who had consumed more that 14 beers.

Let's add some intelligence in our writings.

We should not be treated as children,the government under Magufuli leadership is against critics and whoever tries to ask him,will either go missing or face bullets,do not defend this evil government whilst its worst and evil deeds are made public.

Even those allegations against that editor are false,he must was abducted ,then something went wrong like Abul Nondo,next time Police may say that he wanted to kidnap himself.

The major problem of our police is training and that is catalaysed by recruiting system where they took their children and relatives as stipulated few days ago by the president that's why we have incompetent, unloyal, unfaithful, and sabotive police therefore there is a need to change the recruitment system as well as training. ...

2. Magufuli roaming around distributing cash money

If the guy is Maghufuli's critic and thinking that he was hijacked / found missing and later found unconscious (not in a comma, I hope), why do people (critics) think that the culprits are the police and not the beer? The drunkards, when behind the wheel, marvelously drive without quest (I have seen many of them doing it)!
Only the investigation can give us a constructive answer and not these speculations which to me, hardly hold water?

Answer to BAK : I am told that, these information was provided by Mr. Simbeye himself during interrogation, immediately, after he regained his consciousness. It is hearsay, though !
