Can someone give an honest answer why mainly Eastern African countries end up into Chinise banks (finance / loan sharks) for whatever project development they may have?

Can someone give an honest answer why mainly Eastern African countries end up into Chinise banks (finance / loan sharks) for whatever project development they may have?

It's because of the misunderstanding which lie between the leaders of the lending countries(chinise banks) & borrowing countries(Eastern African countries) maybe because of the poor contract/agreement as well as high interest rate and exploitation made by those countries which lead the loan sharks/finance for whatever project development they may have.
