Hii election Kenya mmechoma hela aisee, yani India has 814 million registered voter but Kenya have used 15x more money per voter than India. Someone really need to answer Kenyan's, how could this happen? with all that money and no credible results.

It's about time now Kenya can to do away with this Kikuyu-Kalenjin VS the rest of the country, its not got for Kenya, it's defiantly not good for the region. You need a transition leader now, someone like Justice Muranga to draw a plan which can unite Kenya's under the watchful eye of international body like UN.
 

The results of Thursday's election are credible.
Nobody.. not even Raila has disputed that Uhuru won on Thursday.
Since he has attained the constitutional threshold of 50%+1, all that remains is swearing him in.

Sam I agree with your sentiments. Some idiot here is trying to make it sound like a nyanza affair. But back to the topic : the election was "repeated " with the exact same flaws as before or even worse, but with an added caveat (the despicable new election laws which basically ALLOW fraud and theft). So that even with patently unfair "results " streaming in, they are allowed to stand. And no arrest can be made on any official doing such. And then there's the part where ANY commissioner can declare the president duly elected, completely STUUUPID. BTW, the KIEMS transmission kit has been SHOWN to work elsewhere, sans Kenya, isn't that curious?
Last week I had a very interesting chat at home with my nephew who's a top notch IT expert at one of the hubs along ngong rd. His area of expertise sees him working with banks, police etc in things like banking fraud. And one aspect central to banking fraud is identity theft. We put crooks and thieves in charge of IEBC. People who will steal elections can just as easily sell your biometrics to local and international crooks who will build a fake profile of you and run around the world doing things like ATM theft, online scamming and the works. They can do it. So next time we run around singing our man is on the hill courtesy of IEBC, remember that the crooks will have also sold your biometrics to a nondescript entity in a country whose name you can't pronounce, and I will be put on a plane by FBI to go answer charges in NY or Washington. Na mlikuwa mnaimaba mtu wetu, mtu wetu. Eehh endelea, as you were!
 

'ANY' IEBC commissioner can only declare winner in absence of the chairman and after being appointed acting chairman by the rest of the commissioners.
As for the rest of your rant, remember this.
Trump won with 62 million votes, out of 200+ million registered voters. That's about 30%. He is president.
Uhuru's votes are averaging anywhere between 33% to 42% depending on who you ask.
There goes your legitimacy argument.
 
This is where you shoot yourself in the mouth. America has an electoral college system, so it very very feasible to win on the college, but lose on the popular vote. Remember Al Gore vs Baby Bush? Were you even born then ? Kenya has a one man one vote, 50% + 1 system. Rancid argument.
Still, you also conveniently ignore that RAO withdrew from the race. Yet you still count him on the ballot. Alright, I have seen green pigs, next!!

And stupid as the the KIEMS system was/is, it still reported a voter turnout of 20%. Imagine in kakamega, a vote rich county of 746,000 voters, <5% voters turn up and all vote in the king by a resounding margin. Sibebwangi ufala. This election was just stupid.

Whether they have an electoral college or not, doesn't change the fact that Trump won with only 30% of registered voters voting for him. Actually, even if Hillary became president, her 65.8 million votes would only have translated to 33% of the registered voters.
Yet here in Kenya over 40% of registered voters have decided their president, and people are shouting legitimacy.
It was the same case in France where Macron won with 20 million votes out of 47 million registered voters. That's 42% of French voters.
Finally, in 2013, Uhuru won with 6.1 million out of 14.3 registered voters. That's 42.6%.
On Thursday his percentage seems to be hovering around the same range.
So, what's the big deal?
Uhuru in 2013, Trump, Macron etc. never faced legitimacy questions. So even now, lets stop kidding ourselves.
 
The way your putting it here is as if Uhuru Kenyatta his happy with himself. He has tiny mandate. 70% of Kenyan's don't believe in him. Even his western backers who pushed for the second election are puzzled. How can you sale a man to the world with 30% approval rate yet he won by 98%?
